THE ARCHITECTURE / LEARN → INSTALL → EXECUTE
Learn the theory. Install the architecture. Execute the system.
Everything here is one idea in three layers: the Operating System Theory of Business, the Business Maximizer® architecture that installs it, and BM-OS, the layer that runs it once you step back.
One idea, three layers. Not a catalogue of services.
LAYER /01
Learn the theory
The Operating System Theory of Business
Every business already has an operating system. Most run an accidental one.
The operating theory is published in full, free, with attribution — the Core Story, the nine modules of Position → Promote → Maximize, and the essays written out of the work. You can read all of it and install none of it. That is a legitimate outcome.
LAYER /02
Install the architecture
Business Maximizer®
Make the system in your head visible, measurable and delegable.
The architecture is where the theory becomes your business: a scored diagnostic, the pentagons applied to your functions, and a supervised install that produces written rules, owners and instruments instead of a folder of slides.
LAYER /03
Execute the system
BM-OS
The system runs whether or not you are in the room.
The execution layer is the instrument panel: measurement that updates without you, workflows and agents that carry the routine decisions, and a cadence that surfaces exceptions instead of routing every one of them to your phone.
Correlation, not causation
Every layer above assumes one number you don't have yet: how much of the system is still only in your head.
